Why can I not cancel a mobile and a fixed voice/data service in the same order?

The Bluewater platform is built with flexibility in mind, regarding which provisioning partner can fulfil which type of requests. As such, cancellation orders for Mobile services and for Fixed voice and data services are treated separately in terms of ordering.

Example: your provisioning partner may only be able to provision mobile services, as such your fixed service ordering would be disabled in the portal. Or you have two provisioning partners, which would mean that depending on the order you place (fixed or mobile), the order would be sent to the correct partner for provisioning.
