How to: Bulk upload details
If you need to update details in bulk, please email Support with a spreadsheet of the the details you want updated.
Please note :
- For service number related updates, the key (mandatory) is the Service Number.
- For User related updates, the key (mandatory) is the Username.
- For Device related updates, the key (mandatory) is the Asset Tag. (if you do not use Asset Tag, the IMEI, or Serial Number will be used instead. IMEI takes precedent in this scenario).
- For Cost Centre related updates, the key (mandatory) is the full Cost Centre string ie.SalesDemo/NSW/Admin/300 - Procurement.
