How does the Potentially Redundant Services panel work?

🎧 Video and Audio

Video Summary: This video will demonstrate how the Potentially Redundant Services panel works.

Timeline Notes: The below will highlight notable times in the video with additional context.

  • 0.35 - Will show services by default that are potentially redundant for the current month.

  • 2.20 - If a service is not redundant, you can mark it as not redundant and also add a purpose if you like to give more context to the service's purpose i.e why it is not redundant.

  • 3.05 - If a service is to be cancelled, you can do so via clicking on the ellipses to the right.

  • 3.35 - The drop down shows services that are potentially redundant in the current month. For some customers who have multiple accounts, if they view this panel at the start of the month, this panel will reflect only services where the current month's billing data is available. As the month progresses, the panel will change to show an accumulated list of services.

  • 4.35 - The last used column shows when the service last had usage. If the date is recent, it would probably indicate a divert to voicemail, or a call forward on the service.
