      How to: See the itemised call details for a service

      Video Summary: This video will demonstrate how to find itemised call transactions of a service number.

      Timeline Notes: The below will highlight notable times in the video with additional context.

      • 0.09 -  Click on the "Cost & Usage" tab. 
      • 0.18 - Scroll down to "Summary & Itemisation Data" panel & click on any of call type listed (e.g. Mobile Enhanced SMS) to display all itemised transactions under the category.

      Please note : You can click on the "Show Itemisation Only" toggle to display all the itemisation records.
