      How to: Allocate the costs of a service to multiple Cost Centres

      Video Summary: This video will demonstrate how to allocate costs of a service to multiple Cost-Centres.


      Timeline Notes: The below will highlight notable times in the video with additional context.

      • 0.02 - In "Home" screen, enter the service number to be allocated in the top search.
      • 0.05 -  Click on "Allocation" tab, then in the Cost-Centre panel, click "Assign Cost Centre".
      • 0.11 - Click on the "+" button to add another cost-centre row. Use the search field to nominate an additional cost-centre to assign to the service.
      • 0.22 - Adjust the percentages to reflect the desired split/apportion, and once complete click "Save".
