Can I be notified when my shared data pool reaches a certain threshold?

Yes. Bluewater can send you an email notification when your mobiles shared data pool reaches one or many thresholds (%) during the current billing month. If you would like to have this enabled or to know more about this function, please click Here to submit a support request to our team. 

Note: This requires the Near Real Time Data Usage feature to be setup and enabled, please also contact support for more information if you do not have this enabled.
