Track Orders in Mobile Lifecycle Dashboard - Connect

This guide will show you how to track orders in 'Mobile Lifecycle' Dashboard

1. Click on 'Ordering'

2. Click on 'Order & Request Tracking'.
Click on Order & Request Tracking
3. Click on 'View by'.

Use the dropdown to display the options to view listing by item or order.

Click on View by
4. Click on 'Order'

Left-click to select the desired option.

Click on Order
5. Click on an order to display its details.

6. You can use the scrollbar on the right-hand side to view the entirety of the order details page.

7. Click on 'Shopping Carts'

This will list the Shopping Carts. A Shopping Cart may contain multiple items ordered in a submission.

Click on Shopping Carts
8. Click on a Shopping Cart Number to view related details.

9. Use the scrollbar on the right-hand side to view the entirety of the Shopping Cart details page.
