Top 25 User Cost Investigation - Connect

This guide will show you how to identify the 'Top 25 Users by  Cost'.

1. Click on 'Top 25 User Cost' Widget in Mobile Lifecycle Dashboard.

2. Locate the User you wish to investigate and then scroll to the right & select 'Actions'.

4. Click on the service number you wish to investigate further.

5. Once on the Service Profile page, click on 'Cost & Usage'

6. This page will show all charges you may wish to investigate. By selecting the '>' you can drilldown into applicable charges (call & usage charges).
