Viewing services with zero usage/activity via the PRS report

This guide outlines the steps required to view all services with zero usage or activity, allowing users to review them and identify any potentially redundant services and cost-saving opportunities.

 

1. Navigate to either the ''Mobile Lifecycle'' or ''Telecom Expense'' menu and click on the Potentially Redundant Service report

Hover your mouse under Mobile Lifecycle or Telecom Expense > Reports > Service > Potentially Redundant Services

Click on Potentially Redundant Services

2. Click on the "Unallocated Services" toggle

Remove the filter on Unallocated Services to ensure that all services are included in the view

Click on "Unallocated Services" toggle

3. Click on the "Not used for the'' dropdown to select the date range

Use this option to filter services without usage in 2,3,4,5,6,12,24 consecutive months.

Click on the "Not used for the:" dropdown
The results of this report will show all services that have had zero usage/activity for the selected period of time. You can then review each service on the list to determine whether you wish to cancel, suspend, re-assign the service etc.
