Ordering a device with an existing service - Connect

This guide will show you how to order a device with an existing service

 Click on Ordering

 Click on Make an Order

Select the device and Click on Order Now
Click on Order Now

 

 Select Storage Eg:  256 GB
Click on 256 GB

 

 Select Colour Eg: Black
Click on Black

 

 Select Purchase Type Eg: Lease
Click on Lease

 

 Select Payment Method Eg:  Invoice
Click on Invoice
 
Select Term Eg:  24 Months
Click on 24 Months
 
 Enter relevant Service Number 
Type "0403"
 Select the Service Number from the list 
Click on 0403741562 - Activated | Billed…
 Click on Next
Click on Next
 Enter User Name the service is to be assigned to 
Type "za"
 
 Select the User Name from the list
Click on Zack O'Brien - Active…
 
Click on Assign
Click on Assign
 
Click on Go To Checkout
Click on Go To Checkout
 Enter the Delivery Address
Type "55"
 
 Select the Delivery Address from the list 
Click on 55 CARTER ROAD, HIBISCUS RET RESORT UNIT 55, NAMBOUR, QLD, 4560, AUSTRALIA
 
 Select preferred Freight option
Click on Freight option 1
 Click on Assign
Click on Assign
 Enter a Purchase Order #  (optional)
Click on Purchase Order
 Enter a Customer Reference # (optional)
Click on Customer Reference
 
 Add any relevant Order Comments (optional)
Click on Order Comments

 

 Click on Submit Order
Click on Submit Order
 Click on Okay
Click on Okay
