Order a New Service and assign to an existing device - Connect.

This guide will show you how to Order a New Service and assign it to an existing device.

1. Click on Ordering.

2. Click on Make an Order.

3. Click on Plans Only.

4. Select the relevant plan and click on Order Now.

5. Click on Type of SIM and choose the relevant option.

6. Enter any relevant Service Fields, including any service custom fields.

7. Click on Plan Features and modify as required.

8. Click on Next.

9. Type the user you want to assign the service to in the User to Assign field.

10. If 'Already Have Physical SIM' or 'Already have eSIM' were selected, enter those details.

11. Click on Add Existing Device/s.

12. In the field that opens up, type in the IMEI number to search for the relevant device.

13. Select the IMEI from the list provided.

14. Click on Assign.

16. Enter any Order references.
