Offboarding a User via Ordering - Connect

This guide will show you how to Offboard a User via the Ordering module.

1. Click on Ordering

2. Click on Offboarding
Click on Offboarding
3. Start typing the name of the User to be Offboarded.

4. Click on User to be Offboarded.

5. Click on Choose date

6. Select date the User id to be Offboarded

7. Click on Next.

8. If Service is to be re-assigned, start typing the name of the new User.

9. Select the new User.

10. Click on Unassign User if service is to be Unassigned

11. Select Yes.

12. Click on Unassign

13. Click on Drop Down box if Status is to be changed.

14. If to be put into 'Spare' for re-assigning later, click on Spare.

15. Uncheck on 'Return if Device' is to be re-used and not returned.

16. Click on Unassign Service as this service is to be Unassigned.

17. Click on Unassign.

18. Click on Actions drop down box if service is to be Suspended/Cancelled/Diverted etc

19. Click on 'No Action' as we want to reuse this service and then click on 'Next' to go to the Submit page.
