How to use the Service Management Page
This guide will show you how to use the Service Management page in TEM
Click on Telecom Expense

Click on Service Management

Search for a Service to filter results

Search for Service Address to filter results

Search for a Service Status to filter results

Search for a User to filter results

Search by Cost Centre Owner to filter results

Search by Category to filter results

Click on Map View to view your services by location

Locations will display and may be selected by clicking on Blue Icon to drilldown

Click on Actions to Export the table or Import to create/edit services in bulk

Click on New Service to create a new service

Complete all required fields to create service

Click on Create

Click on Hamburger Dots (Menu) in any column header

Click on Filter to display filter options

In Filter option panel you can click on Columns to change parameters

EG: Service Number

Now select Operator to adjust filter operation EG: 'contains', 'equals to'
EG: '04' Results will display in the table in real time
Click on Hamburger Dots (menu) in any column header

Click on Manage columns

Select required fields from list EG: User
