How to Suspend Mobile Services - Connect

This guide will show you how to Suspend a Mobile Service.

1. Click on 'Ordering'

3. Click on Cancel/Suspend/Divert/Reconnect

4. Click on 'Suspend Service' and then Next

5. Type in the number you want to suspend

6. Choose the service number from the list

7. You can add multiple numbers by typing more numbers in the Search bar.

8. If you have a large number of services to suspend you can Click on 'Bulk Import' which enables you to upload a CSV file and facilitate a bulk suspension.

9. Click on 'Download a CSV template' to create a CSV file in the correct format.

If you have a CSV file proceed to Step 10.

10. Click on 'Import CSV file'. Search for your file and then choose Next. Remember your file must be in .csv format!

11. Click on 'Submit Order'.

12. Click on Okay. You will recieve an email confirming your order has been submitted to your MSP to facilitate the suspension.

13. You can also suspend services by searching for the service and selecting it in the drop down.

14. In the overview tab, click on 'Actions'.

15. Click on 'Suspend Service'.

16. Type in any supporting information such as 'Customer Reference' or 'Order Comments' you wish to add.

17. Click on 'Submit Order'.

18. Click on Okay. You will receive an email confirming your order has been submitted.

19. Please note: once your ticket is submitted the service status of the service will change to "Awaiting Suspension".
20. Once your MSP completes the diversion the service status will be updated to "Suspended".
