How to send a Device for Repair (no loan device required) - Connect
This guide will show you how to send a device for repair (when no replacement device is needed).
Click on Ordering

Click on Repair Device

Enter the device IMEI
Select the device from the list that matches the IMEI

If no Replacement or Loan device needed, Click on No

Enter Date of Purchase

Select whether the device is under Warranty Yes/No
If 'yes' enter the accessories that will also be returned if any


18. Click on AC Charger

Click on Pin # or Lock-code (enter if required)

Click on Next

Enter Satchel Delivery Address (where the device is held)
Select address from list

Click on Submit Order

Click on Okay
