How to run a Cost By Charge Description report in TEM

This report splits monthly spend by Charge Description. Shows quantity of services, charge type, current month cost and prior month cost for each. Under each Charge Description grouping the user can drill down to see the breakdown of services.

 
 Click on Telecom Expense

 Click on Cost by Charge Description
Click on Cost by Charge Description

 

 Click on Report Month to display data or to change the report month required
Click on Report Month to display data or to change the report month required

 

 Change Currency if required

 Select relevant Cost Centre to filter results
Select relevant Cost Centre to filter results

 

 Select if Unallocated Costs are to be Included/Excluded
Select if Unallocated Costs are to be Included/Excluded

 

 Select Service Category to filter results

 Select Actions to drilldown & Click on 'Show Details'

 This page will display all the charges by cost. Click on Export if required
