How to Replace a SIM Card with an existing SIM Card (on hand). Via Ordering.

This guide will show you how to replace a SIM Card with a SIM Card held in stock/spare via the Ordering module.

1. Click on Ordering

2. Click on Replace a SIM Card via Service Requests.

3. Type in service number to have Sim Card replaced.

4. Click on the number in the box.

5. Click on the Drop Down arrow.

6. Click on Already Have SIM

7. Type Sim card number you have on hand, numbers only.
