How to Replace a SIM Card with an existing SIM Card (on hand). Via Unified Search Bar.

This guide will show you how to replace a SIM Card with a SIM Card held in stock/spare.

1. Type in service number to have Sim Card replaced into Unified Search bar

2. Click on the number in the box

4. Click on Replace a SIM Card

5. Click on the Drop Down arrow

6. Click on 'Already Have SIM'

7. Type Sim card Number you have on hand, numbers only.

8. Click on Next

9. Click on Submit Order. Order will go to your MSP for processing
