How to Remove a Diversion for a Mobile Service - Connect

This guide will show you how to Remove a Diversion for a Mobile service.

1. Click on Ordering

2. Click on Service Requests

3. Click on Cancel/Suspend/Divert/Reconnect

4. Click on Remove Diversion and click Next

5. Type in the number you want to remove the diversion from.

7. Select the date you want the diversion to stop.

8. Type any Purchase Order, Customer Reference or Order Comments (optional).

9. Click on Submit Order

10. Click on Okay. You will receive an email confirming your order has been submitted.

11. You can also remove a diversion for a service by searching for the service in the search bar at the top of the screen and selecting it in the drop down

15. Select the date you want the diversion to stop.

19. Please note: once your ticket is submitted the service status of the service will change to "Awaiting Removal of Diversion".
20. Once your MSP completes the diversion the service status will be updated to "Activated".
21. Also, the "Diverted to Number" will be removed from the service record once this request is closed out.
