How to mark services in the PRS report as ''Not Redundant''

The guide below will show you how to mark services as not redundant via the PRS report, also how to review all services currently set to ''not redundant''

1. Navigate to either the Mobile Lifecycle Dashboard for Mobility only, TEM Dashboard for all services

From the Mobile Lifecycle Dashboard or TEM Dashboard, click on the Potentially Redundant Services widget

2. Uncheck 'Include' Unallocated Services, to capture all services

By Default, Unallocated Services is unchecked. To include Unallocated Services, please check this option:

3. *Optional* Select Billing Account from the drop-down to further filter services

Within Billing Account, you can select a specific account to work with, if required

4. Adjust ''not used for'' option, currently set to Last 3 months

By default, Not Used is set to 3 months, if required you can change the months not used

5. Select the service deemed to be Not Redundant

Review the list of services. Once you find the service deemed to be Not Redundant, you can select that here:

6. Click on ''Mark as NOT Redundant'' from the available options in line

By selecting this option, the service will now no longer appear on this report ongoing as a ''PRS''

7. To view all services that have been set to ''NOT redundant'', you can click on the ''Not Redundant''  toggle and select the ''Show Only'' to display all services that have been marked as Not Redundant:
