How to Cancel Mobile Services

This guide will show you how to cancel mobile services.

1. Click on Ordering.

3. Click on Cancel/Suspend/Divert/Reconnect.

4. Click on Cancel Service and Next.

5. Type in the number you want to cancel.

6. Choose the number from the list.

7. You can add multiple numbers by typing additional numbers in the Search bar.

8. If you have numerous services to cancel select 'Bulk Import' to upload a CSV file containing details of the services (numbers) you would like to cancel.

9. Click on 'Download a CSV template'.
Click on 'Import CSV file'. Search for your file and then choose Next.
Remember your file must be in .csv format!

10. Type in a Purchase Order #, Customer Reference # or any Order Comments if required by your business.

11. Click on Submit Order.

12. Click on Okay.
You will receive an email confirming your order has been submitted.

13. You can also cancel services by searching for the service in the search bar at the top of the screen and select it in the drop down.

14. In the overview tab, click on Actions.

15. Click on Cancel Service

16. Type any Purchase Order, Customer Reference or Order Comments (if required).

17. Click on Submit Order

18. Click on Okay.
You will receive an email confirming your order has been submitted.

19. Please note: once your ticket is submitted the service status of the service will change to "Awaiting Cancellation".
20. Once your MSP completes the diversion the service status will be updated to "Cancelled".
