Enabling International Roaming (and a roaming pass) for a service - Connect

The below guide will advise on how to enable International Roaming in the platform.

 
1. Click on Ordering

3. Click on Request Plan Feature

4. Start typing in the service number field

5. Find and select the phone number you want to enable roaming for, then click Next.

6. In the "Add-on" tab, click on the drop down

7. Click on the required Roaming Pass, EG: IR Day Pass 10 ($10.00 per day) or relevant option if required for a longer period of time.

8. Click on Activation Date

10. Click on the Deactivation date field

11. Click on the date you want roaming disabled. Note: this has to be a business day (Mon to Fri)

12. Click on Submit Order

13. Your request will be submitted and will be sent to your MSP for actioning. Click Okay.

15. Click into the service record and then click on "Actions"

16. Click on Request Plan Feature and then complete the details

17. Please note : for IR Monthly passes in particular, it is important to add in a deactivation date. This is because for the IR Monthly passes, they will continue to charge against the service until they are deactivated.
