Creating a General Request - Connect
The below guide will show you how to create a General Request.
1. Click on Ordering

2. Click on General Request

3. Click on Yes

4. Type in the relevant service number

5. Click on the relevant service number

6. Click on Next

7. Click on Open

8. Click on Type and select your request type from the dropdown

9. Type in your request

10. Click on Add File, if any attachments are necessary

11. Click on Submit Order
