Cost Centre Manager Reporting

This article will guide you in accessing your monthly cost centre manager report and understanding how to navigate it.

1. Click ''View Report'' to access your monthly report

2. Log In to the Bluewater Platform

For employee emails utilising Single Sign On Click "Log In". For non SSO or shared mailboxes Click "Send Authentication Link".

3. Start on the interactive dashboards to review your Cost Centre spend and associated Services and Devices.

Depending on your access you will be able to access dashboards and run reports on your mobile services and devices (Mobile Lifecycle module) and/or all telecom services (TEM module).

4. Quick list view of Services under your Cost Centre.

The Service list under each module provides one place to see services assigned to your cost centre/s.

5. Quick list view of Devices under your Cost Centre.

The Device list under Mobile Lifecycle module provides one place to see devices assigned to your cost centre/s.

The User list under Organisation provides one place to see Users assigned to your cost centre/s.

7. Access further reporting from top menu or side menu.

Under Mobile Lifecycle and Telecom Expense, the reports are categorised into Service, Device and Cost Centre. Under each category you will be able to access detailed reporting.

8. Start with Cost Centre Spend Report to review current month cost and variance to last month.

9. Use reports like Cost Centre trend to highlight movements or ongoing trend by service.

10. Use reports like Potentially Redundant Services to highlight services that may require your attention as they are billing with no usage.

Important Note: These services require investigation before cancelling. Check the User and Purpose carefully. It could be a backup!
