ConnectWise Integration: Additional Information
The below information is relating to the use of the ConnectWise integration for Bluewater tickets.
Order or Order Item Attachments
Attachments can be made on either the ticket or the configuration item level in ConnectWise, these will be attached to the corresponding order or order item in Bluewater. This is performed by using the standard ''attachments'' function in ConnectWise.
Error Handling or Missed Information on Tickets
When adding the completion details into the ''Configuration Item'', if any details are missed or if there are any typos that are stopped by the system validation (such as mandatory fields being blank as shown below for ''service number'') the details for the correction required will be added as a ''new note'' on the order ticket (shown below) and the configuration item's status will be re-opened until the corrections have been amended.
