ConnectWise Integration: How to open and close orders
The below guide will walk you through how to open and close Bluewater order requests via ConnectWise Bluewater Service Board.

1. Navigate to Service Desk 0:13

Open ConnectWise.

Navigate to the Service Desk section.

Select your Service Board space.
2. Select Bluewater Board 0:29

In the top right-hand corner, select the board named Bluewater (or the equivalent name in your system).
3. Open Ticket 0:38

Locate the ticket for the customer you are working with.

Click on the Procurement option to open the ticket.
4. Review Provisioning Information 1:06

Check the initial description box for provisioning details.

Note the following:

Package type (e.g., Package 1 for a new connection).
-
Carrier information.
-
Any add-ons or network restrictions.
-
Account number.
-
SIM requirements (new or existing).

5. Complete Order Details 2:05

Scroll to the Configurations section.

Click on the Order Package to open configuration items.

Fill in the required fields:

Service number.
-
SIM number (if applicable).
-
Attach QR code for eSIM if necessary.

6. Finalize Order 3:06

Add any additional comments or tracking links as needed.

Change the status from In Progress to Completed.

Save and close the ticket.
7. Update Ticket Status 3:29

Ensure the ticket status reflects the completion of the order.

If necessary, mark the ticket as Completed or Cancel based on your workflow.
