Report descriptions - Connect platform

Bluewater CONNECT contains standard reports that help you analyse and report on data within the portal.

The following table outlines the reports available in each module and their purpose.

Device	Mobile Lifecycle	Device by Status	Displays the number of Devices on the platform classified by Status and Sub Status. Show details to see list of devices in each Sub-Status, and access specific device detail.
	Mobile Lifecycle	Device by Category	Displays the number of Devices on the platform classified by Category and Sub Category. Show details to see list of devices in each Sub-Status, and access specific device detail.
	Mobile Lifecycle	Device by Manufacturer	Displays the number of Devices on the platform classified by Manufacturer and Model. Show details to see list of devices in each Model, and access specific device detail.
	Mobile Lifecycle	Previous Users with Devices	Displays Inactive Users with Devices still assigned to their Profile.
	Mobile Lifecycle	Pool Stock Movement	Choose a User (eg IT Spare Stock) and by Device Model see Opening Stock Balance, Purchases, Transfers in/out and End Stock.
Service	Mobile Lifecyle, Telecom Expense	Service Summary	Displays all cost data for all services against all Billing Accounts.
	Mobile Lifecycle, Telecom Expense	Service by Category	Displays Service Count for the month, by Category and Sub-Category, showing change to previous month - 'On and Offs'. Filter by Report Month, Billing Account and Cost Centre.
	Mobile Lifecycle, Telecom Expense	Cost by Service Category	Review monthly cost by Category and Sub-Category vs Previous month. Shows % and $ change. Drill down to service list. Filter by Report Month and Cost Centre.
	Mobile Lifecycle, Telecom Expense	Service Cost Trend	Graphs and lists up to 12 months of Cost by Individual Service from highest cost to lowest. Filter by trend period (3,6,12 months), Billing Account and Cost Centre.
	Mobile Lifecycle, Telecom Expense	Potentially Redundant Services	Display Services with zero usage within a selected timeframe (current month, last 2,3,4,5,6 months). Include or exclude Call forwarding Services and mark Services as "Non-Redundant" to remove from list as required (eg Backup Service). Filter by Cost Centre, User and Service.
	Mobile Lifecycle, Telecom Expense	Previous Users with Services	Displays Inactive Users with Services still assigned to their Profile.
	Mobile Lifecycle, Telecom Expense	Cancelled still Billed	This report will show you Services where cancellations have been submitted through Bluewater to MSP and closed, yet the Service is still billing on the Telco Account. Quickly see how much has been charged after the cancellation date and number of services. Drill back to Service Profile for further details or remove Service from report if an action has been confirmed.
	Mobile Lifecycle, Telecom Expense	Unallocated Costs	List of Services without a Cost Centre. Shows Cost and Service Plan Details. Summary table shows count of services and Total Cost that is unallocated. From list assign to a Cost Centre or User.
	Mobile Lifecycle, Telecom Expense	Costs by User	List of Users based on monthly spend. Shows service count per User and change on prior month cost. “Show details” shows the list of the individual services attached to a User, from which you can explore the individual Service Profile page. Can filter by Report Month, Cost Centre and User Category.
	Mobile Lifecycle, Telecom Expense	Pre-billed Data Usage	Displays Telstra pre-billed domestic data usage by Provisioning Account (Shared and Non-Shared Services) for the current month and % of months allocation used. Drill down to see usage by Service. Filter by Report Month, Billing Account and Cost Centre. Updated on an 8hr refresh from Telstra Tools.
	Mobile Lifecycle, Telecom Expense	Billed Data Usage	Shows billed data usage by Cost Centre for current month and previous month. Drill down to see usage by Service. Filter by Report Month, Billing Account and Cost Centre.
Cost Centre	Mobile Lifecycle, Telecom Expense	Cost Centre Spend	Displays Cost Centre spend for the month vs the previous month. Drill down Cost Centre levels and see Service detail where allocated within the Cost Centre tree.
	Mobile Lifecycle, Telecom Expense	Cost Centre Trend	13 month history of Cost Centre Spend.
	Mobile Lifecycle, Telecom Expense	Service Allocation	List of all Services showing % allocation to Cost Centres.
Billing	Telecom Expense	Account Trend	Displays 13 month trend on spend by Billing Account.
	Telecom Expense	Account Cost Allocation	Displays allocation of Billing Account to Cost Centres.
	Telecom Expense	Cost by Charge Description	Splits monthly spend by Charge Description. Shows quantity of services, charge type, current month cost and prior month cost. Under each Charge Description grouping the user can drill down to see the breakdown of services.
	Telecom Expense	Cost by Call Type	Shows number of services under each Call Type, their Current and Previous month spend. Drill down to service level.
	Telecom Expense	General Ledger	Preset GL file output designed to work with ERP systems to streamline finance journals and allocations. Included fields: GL Codes, Natural Account, Billing Account, Name, Service Category, Service Number, User, Report Month, Amount (ex tax), Amount (inc tax), Carrier, Cost Centre.
