Bluewater CONNECT contains standard reports that help you analyse and report on data within the portal.
The following table outlines the reports available in each module and their purpose.

This report will show you Services where cancellations have been submitted through Bluewater to MSP and closed, yet the Service is still billing on the Telco Account. Quickly see how much has been charged after the cancellation date and number of services. Drill back to Service Profile for further details or remove Service from report if an action has been confirmed. |
