🛒 Ordering & Support

    • Ordering / Assist Enhancements
      • Assist forms now support selecting unbilled services across all request types:
     
      • Device Enrolment setting in the catalogue can now be overidden per order with optional checkbox support:
       
      • Device search in Assist forms now supports serial number, asset tag, and external ID in addition to IMEI
      • "Submitter" field renamed to "Ordered By" in Order Tracking for terminology consistency

    📊 Reports & Listing Enhancements

    • Skip Weekend for Scheduled Reports
      • Portal admins can now configure scheduled reports that fall on a Saturday or Sunday to be sent on the following Monday, preventing them from being buried in inboxes over the weeekend:
