Bill Analysis - What Caused This? - Connect
This guide will show you how to find what has caused an increase or decrease in your monthly bill.
1. Click on Telecom Expense.
2. Click on Bill Analysis.

3. Review Bills to find the 'Change' you want to investigate.

4. Click on "What Caused This?"

5. Click on the 'Service' where you see a variance you wish to investigate.

6. Select the charge you wish to investigate further.

7. You can then drill down to individual services to investigate further and understand the month on month change.

8. "Cost History" can assist by displaying 'Charge History' up to 6 months.

9. "Cost & Usage" is where you can drill down month by month or over a select period of months.

10. Choose the Month you want to start from, in this Example we want to see April to May.

11. Click on April and we can view April to May.
